How long do filler results last?This varies depending on the type of filler product (domestic or imported), the treatment area, and each individual's metabolic rate. Areas with less movement (forehead, nose, chin, etc.) typically last 1 to 1.5 years or more, while areas with more movement (lips, nasolabial folds, etc.) may have a somewhat shorter duration.
Is the procedure painful? How long do swelling and bruising last?Most modern filler products already contain a local anesthetic (lidocaine), so pain during the procedure is generally mild. We use a single-use cannula with a rounded tip to minimize tissue damage, reducing bruising and swelling—though depending on individual constitution, mild swelling or bruising may persist for about 3 to 7 days.
Could the filler shift or migrate later on?When a genuine filler with appropriate viscosity and elasticity is injected at the correct depth suited to the tissue (such as above the periosteum), it does not easily migrate or shift over time. As long as an excessive amount isn't concentrated in a single layer, there's no need to worry.
Precautions after treatment
Please avoid sweat-inducing activities such as saunas, steam rooms, and strenuous exercise for one week.
Please refrain from spicy or irritating foods and alcohol for two weeks.
Please avoid irritating or massaging the treated area for two weeks.
Mild redness or bruising after the procedure will naturally fade, but if the color of the treated area changes or pain becomes progressively worse, please contact the clinic immediately.
