How painful is the treatment? Do I need anesthesia?The GentleMax Pro Plus used at Lieul features the DCD™ (Dynamic Cooling Device) gas cooling system. An ultra-cold cryogen is sprayed onto the skin surface immediately before each laser pulse, providing real-time epidermal protection and significantly reducing discomfort.

Can I return to my daily activities or wear makeup immediately after treatment?Mild redness may occur immediately after treatment, but it generally subsides naturally within a few hours. You can wash your face, apply light makeup, and return to your normal daily activities on the same day.
Precautions after treatment
Until your next shave, avoid scrubbing or vigorously rubbing the treated area with your hands.
Avoid saunas, swimming pools, and strenuous exercise for 3–5 days after treatment.
Direct sun exposure to the treated area may cause hyperpigmentation, so be sure to apply sunscreen when going outdoors. We also recommend applying plenty of gentle moisturizer to prevent dryness.
Temporary redness, itching, or raised hair follicles may occur after treatment. These are normal reactions to laser-induced heat and generally resolve naturally within a few days. If symptoms persist, a cool compress may help.
