Post-Treatment Precautions
On the day of treatment, avoid excessive cleansing, massage, or any activity that involves strongly rubbing the treated area.

Avoid alcohol and smoking for at least 1 week to support a healthy dermal environment and help prevent complications.
Instead of high-intensity exercise, which can increase blood flow and potentially slow recovery, light walks are recommended for 3–4 days.
