What is the core principle, and how does it differ from conventional RF treatments?While conventional radiofrequency treatments typically target a single depth, XERF combines two frequencies—6.78 MHz and 2 MHz (Dual RF)—to precisely deliver energy according to different skin depths, improving firmness from fine lines on the surface to deeper areas of sagging.

Is the treatment painful?XERF features an automatic cooling system (ICD) that controls the skin surface temperature in real time, keeping the surface cool while delivering powerful thermal energy to the deeper layers. With topical numbing cream, discomfort can be minimized for a comfortable treatment experience.

When do the effects appear, and how long do they last?You can feel an immediate tightening effect after the treatment, while the peak lifting effect develops over 1–3 months as collagen regeneration takes place. Although results vary by individual, treatment is generally recommended every 6 months to 1 year.

Are there any side effects or downtime after the treatment?As a non-invasive treatment, XERF causes minimal bruising or swelling, allowing you to return to your daily activities and apply makeup immediately after treatment. Temporary mild warmth or redness usually subsides within a few hours. Avoid heat-generating environments such as saunas and alcohol for one week.

Precautions after treatment

We recommend gently washing your face with plain water on the day of the procedure, and you may apply makeup immediately afterward.

The longer the heat energy delivered into the skin is retained, the better the results. For a few days after the procedure, avoid applying cold ice packs or washing your face with cold water for extended periods.

Mild redness, swelling, or a temporary warm sensation may occur right after the procedure, but this typically fades naturally within a few hours.

Be sure to thoroughly apply sunscreen (SPF 30 or higher) whenever going outside during the treatment period.

It's best to avoid alcohol and smoking for at least 3 to 5 days, as they can interfere with skin regeneration.

Please avoid using scrubs, exfoliating cleansers with granules, or peeling products that may irritate the skin for at least one week.
